With expertise in Service Management, Planning & Design, Risk Mitigation, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, Customer Service, etc., managing transformation and inevitable change taught her a lot about how change affects people and the resulting impacts.
With a natural love of people and a zest for learning, she continually finds new ways to better herself and the world around her, with a goal to improve the quality of day to day life for herself and others.
Her leadership roles in Government and Information Technology, a life long of formal & informal training, self study and education, Allison is well qualified to coach on a wide variety of topics and disciplines, with a focus on human nature and behaviours. ​​
An amateur artist, photographer, writer and painter, with a passion for music, travel, nature, the outdoors, exploring and adventure, creativity runs deep within her, resulting in her unique approach to life and creative problem solving skills.
